When it comes to getting your drains clean, high-pressure water jetting is a proven and effective method for quickly and effectively removing difficult blockages.
This type of water jetting uses powerful jets of water to break through and remove even the toughest build-ups in your drainage system. Not only is high-pressure water jetting fast, efficient and cost-effective as a solution, it’s also a sustainable option for keeping your drains flowing.

High pressure water jetting focuses blasts of highly compressed, concentrated and pressurised water through a nozzle to remove blockages and clean out drains. It can cut through almost anything, breaking down build-ups of all kinds:
- Silt and soil
- Rotting vegetation
- Debris
- Kitchen grease
- Building rubbish (eg concrete and rubble)
From our experience we’ve found that a high-pressure water jet can even cut through invasive tree roots.
Once it’s blasted loose, the material can then be removed from the drain by suction pump if necessary.
The many advantages of High-Pressure Water Jetting
As well as being a fast and effective way of cleaning and removing even stubborn blockages inside pipes of varying diameters, high-pressure water jetting has several other advantages.
Units are very portable and can come with their own water supply; they can be mounted on vehicles of different sizes so they can be deployed wherever there’s a problem.
High-pressure water jetting is non-invasive, reducing disruption while work is carried out, and it’s sustainable. The method cuts down on the volume of water needed and is eco-friendly, in that it reduces the need for such high concentrations of chemical cleaners
