On most occasions we can clear high up gutters with our SkyVac equipment, which uses a powerful vacuum system to remove debris from gutters. Connected to a long pole that can reach up to 40 feet, the SkyVac is lightweight making it easy to manoeuvre and control from the ground. It is also equipped with a CCTV camera, which allows us to see inside the gutters and ensure that they are completely clean.
On some occasions we are required to go even higher to access hard-to-reach areas and in this situation we need use access towers or elevating work platforms.
These can be dangerous if not operated properly, which is why the team at Drain and Sewer Services have undertaken all the proper training and certification required to operate this equipment.
